About Awaken
We are a group of people who love to play our music to minster the love and hope of Jesus Christ.
It is through the grace of God and through him we bring His Word through music to His people.
To show them way the truth and the life through Jesus Christ! That through our music they be Awaken to the truth.
He first read the Bible to have ammunition to argue with his wife.
He found out God does actually speak to people and it has lead him to ministry and some music.
He came to Awaken while looking for a church that he felt comfortable in.
Now he is the bass player for Awaken
and a minister to God.

Matt is 23 and has been a Christian all his life, he has played drums for different worship teams for the past 7 years.
He is currently part of Greater Victory Fellowship.
Matt can also play Trumpet, acoustic guitar, but drums are his favorite.
Matt’s most recent project is MRH Studios where Awaken is currently recording their albums.
Matt’s studio is located in his home town of Pulaski NY.
Andrew Charles Balcom
Born in Watertown NY my journey into man hood was an arduous one as a recovered addict, I see the darkness that exist in this world; it’s never that far around the corner.
Music has shown me the path that I needed to walk to cleanse my soul.
Through God all of our spirits may be healed and our goals achieved.
I felt that I was called to be part of Awaken and through this project I hope to spread the good word of love and salvation through God.
Bob Hicks
Bob Hicks lead vocals for Awaken.
The vision he had was ministing through the music that he wrote throught the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
So now Bob is walking in the gifting he has recieced to bring life and hope and encouragement to the lost and hurting people of this world
